- Place oil in a non-stick skillet on med. heat with the lid on until heated. While the pan heats up, chop up the sausage into thin slices. Add the sausage to the pan and cook approx. 10 mins on each side or until evenly browned. If the pan gets too hot, turn it down to med-low.
- Open the can of seasoned beans and place in a microwave-safe dish. Heat in the microwave for 1 ½ min. Serve the sausage with Dijon mustard and enjoy!
