I prepared, Govind Bhog Rice Kheer as it is my family love this. It's our favorite dessert. No clarified butter(ghee )is used. This rice makes the kheer flavoured and delicious too.

  2. 750 ml boiled milk
  3. 1/3 tsp saffron strands
  4. 50 gram mawa,grated

Steps to make to make Rice Kheer

  1. Wash and soak the rice for 30 minutes. Boil milk. Add saffron, crushed.

  3. Next mix grated mawa, sugar and salt. Stir till the milk thicken to desired consistency.
  4. Switch off the flame. Allow to reduce heat of rice kheer. Serve with chopped dry fruits.
