  1. Mix the gram flour add water to achieve the dropping consistency.pour drops of few colour.pour drops of this mixture into hot oil with a slotted spoon.deeps fry till the drops become golden brown.drain to remove excess oil after removing Boondi from oil.
  2. Now put Boondi in sugar syrup.
  3. Soak the rice water for about 1 hr.drain wash and drain again and blend in a mixer to a coarse powder.boil the rest of the milk and gently stir in the rice paste.cook for 15 min.on a slow flame while stirring continuously.add a sugar mix it well for a few min.and add dry fruits,elaichi powder and now firni is ready.
  4. Place a deep pan over low flame.add dry fruits add ghee,milk,sugar,grated bottle guard and add green colour stir it for a while.the mixture gets a semi solid consistency and stir until the mixture starts to leave the sides of the pan.turn over the flame then lauki kalakand is ready.
  5. Now place batter paper in cake tin and grease with butter after that make a layer of Boondi over it and keep it for 15 min in refrigerator.now make a layer of firni over it.now make a layer of lauki kalakand over it.now cake is ready garnish with cherry.ready to serve
