- Now add milk and soaked rice and cooked on medium flame until mixture starts to boil.
Then add sugar and cardamom powder and cook for another 5 minutes till it becomes thick. - Now its time to turn off the flame and transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with roasted cashew nuts and raisins and serve.
