  1. Take a bowl add flour,salt,greenchillipaste,ajwain seeds,coriander leaves oil in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add beetroot puree,and mix.add 5-tbsp water and knead to semi soft dough.cover dough and set for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Take a bowl add Paneer,onion,green chilli,ginger,chaatmasala,coriander powder,red chilli powder,garam Masala powder,,coriander leaves,and salt in bowl and mix well.
  4. Divide dough into equal portion and shape into balls.flatten the balls a little and place a pander mixture in center and seal.dust with a little dry flour and roll out into parathas.
  5. Heat a tawa,place the parathas,with oil both sides.
  6. Cut into paratha,sprinkel chat Masala on top and serve hot.
  7. Serve with curd,mangokachumber and tomatoe sauce.
